Where do you ship from?

Auterrafix works with a global network of suppliers and warehouses, primarily located in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Vietnam, India, etc.). We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, Yun Express, and Epacket to deliver our products worldwide.


Order & Tracking

  • Once you place your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your Order # and purchase details.

  • You can cancel or update your order information within 6 hours of placing the order. After that, the order is processed, and no changes can be made.

  • Once your order has shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note that tracking information may take a few days to appear on the carrier’s system. This is normal and will not affect your estimated delivery time.


Delivery Time

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–30 business days

(Processing time of 3–5 business days is not included in the above estimates. Delivery may be delayed by customs clearance, extreme weather, or other unexpected circumstances.)


How can I change my order information?

If you notice an error in your shipping address or product details, please email us immediately at tippc1171@gmail.com.

⚠️ Order information can only be updated within 12 hours after purchase. Please double-check your Order Confirmation email as soon as you receive it.


What is your cancellation policy?

  • You can cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase and receive a refund.

  • A 10% fee will be deducted from your total order value to cover processing and transaction costs.

  • After 6 hours, your order will be sent to our warehouse for processing, and we will not be able to cancel or refund it.

What is your return policy?

  • Returns are available within 5 days of the package being marked as “delivered” on the carrier’s system.

  • You must contact us by email (tippc1171@gmail.com) within this time frame to request a return/refund.

  • Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or have manufacturing issues.

⚠️ We do not accept returns for items that are delivered correctly and in normal condition.
⚠️ Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees must be paid by the customer.
