Return & Refund Policy
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies.
Our return & refund policies are available if initiated within five (5) days of receiving your package (the arrival date is defined as the date that shows the “delivered” status of the tracking number of your package). Any claims made after 5 days will NOT be accepted.
Return/Refund Conditions
At Auterrafix, we are committed to providing high-quality items for you. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, wrong in delivery, or has manufacturing defects, we will process a replacement or refund under these conditions:

All items must be in original condition: unworn or unused and in their original packaging with the shipping label.

All packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories (if any) must be included.
If your return request is accepted, we will refund you after we have received and inspected your package. Please ship your package via insured ground service (recommended: USPS or UPS) with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process.
NOTE: Please contact us before returning your item. Returning without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted. The address marked on the shipping label is the address of our USPS partnership office, not a return center.
Return & Refund Will NOT Be Accepted If:

The customer changes their mind.

The item(s) have been used or washed.

The item(s) were delivered in the correct size and/or correct color as ordered.

The item(s) have been broken after several uses.

The products are free gifts.
Return & Refund Instructions
Step 1: After receiving your order, if the items are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered, you must send evidence within 5 days. You can record a video while opening the package or take clear photos.
Step 2: Send an email to our support team at tippc1171@gmail.com. We will be happy to assist you as soon as possible.
Late or Missing Refund
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again. Normally, the refund process takes around 5–7 working days (depending on the bank).
If you still do not receive the refund after this period, please contact us via tippc1171@gmail.com.
Order Cancellation
You can only cancel your order within 6 hours after purchase is completed. Please note that we incur management, processing, and transaction fees, so 10% of your total order value will be charged for cancellation.
Order Revision
You can only revise order information (size, color, address) within 12 hours after purchase is completed.
If you purchased the wrong product(s), please contact us via tippc1171@gmail.com for assistance.
If you would like to change your order’s variant:

If the new order has the same price as the old one, we will update it in our system.

If the new order has a lower price, we will update it and refund the difference within 5–7 working days (depending on your bank).

If the new order has a higher price, we will send you an invoice via email so you can complete the additional payment.
